Macca’s McHappy Day returns with new limited-edition merch
It will be available from 15 October to 15 November, whilst stocks last.
Macca’s McHappy Day will return on 15 November, raising money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) through nationwide fundraising events and merchandise sales.
To start, Macca’s is releasing limited-edition McHappy Day merchandise—including Silly Socks ($6.50) featuring Grimace and Hamburglar and Bucket Hats ($3.95) decorated with McDonaldland characters.
The items will be available from 15 October until McHappy Day, or whilst supplies last, through McDonald’s restaurants, the MyMacca’s app, and McDelivery.
All profits will go to RMHC, which supports families of seriously ill or injured children.
Moreover, customers can also donate by purchasing Helping Hands for $2, $10, or $50, or by contributing online through the McHappy Day website.
On McHappy Day itself, $2 from every Big Mac sold will be donated directly to RMHC.
First launched in 1991, McHappy Day is Macca’s biggest annual fundraiser for RMHC.
It has so far raised more than $79m to help RMHC support over 69,000 families each year.
