Pizza Capers named Best Quick Service Restaurant
The pizza chain was named Quick Service Restaurant of the Year in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction awards.
According to the recent Roy Morgan survey results, the brand’s menu variety, unique toppings and exceptional delivery service are the brand's greatest strengths in engaging with customers.
Pizza Capers Managing Director Renee North said the award reflects the brand’s long held emphasis on customer service and commitment to producing high quality gourmet products.
“Pizza Capers has increased its focus on operational excellence, customer service and always giving our loyal pizza connoisseurs a great meal experience,” she said.
“The brand is overwhelmed with this accolade and is proud to be accepting this award.”
North said the brand is always experimenting with new flavours based on customers’ preferences and current food trends.
“Our innovative Easter range will be launching on February 29 and includes a new gourmet chicken flavour and mouth-watering dessert pizza,” she said.
“From a recent brand survey we found that our customers’ most missed ingredient was pumpkin, so we have created the new Easter flavour to incorporate roasted pumpkin and other past-loved ingredients. We will continue to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers and create gourmet, restaurant quality pizzas with incredible ingredients.”
