Subway, McDonald’s, and KFC remain Australia’s biggest food chains in 2025, according to ScrapeHero’s data last updated on 24 October 2025.

Together, they make up 50.74% of the ten largest networks operating in the country.

KFC reports 795 locations as of 4 November 2025, with NSW accounting for 250 of them, about 31%.

Domino’s has 724 stores nationwide as of 27 October 2025, with NSW holding 239—around a third of the chain’s presence.
