Concept Eight launches chicken brand Dante’s Hot Chicken
This is the 10th concept the brand operator has released.
Quick service brand operator Concept Eight is entering the hot chicken market with the launch of its new brand, Dante’s Hot Chicken.
Dante’s Hot Chicken take its name from the Italian poem the Divine Comedy, where the main character, Dante, takes his journey through the rings of hell to salvation. Dante’s Hot Chicken takes guests on a similar experience, offering a choice of five different heat levels depending on how much spiciness they can endure, from the safe yet divine first level to the dangerous inferno of the fifth level.
Dante’s Hot Chicken has taken six months to perfect and offers a range of juicy and crunchy chicken thighs, tenders and burgers paired with a small selection of sides.
Dante’s Hot Chicken is the tenth concept to join a repertoire of brands at Concept Eight, a market leader in franchise quick-service restaurant concepts.
The brand has five locations all over Australia with a scheduled 24 openings between February to March.
