BonBons Bakery unveils new grab-and-go concept store

Dubbed “Tmix”, the new store aims to provide low-calorie teas and handmade donuts.

BonBons Bakery has opened a new grab-and-go concept store that aims to be the “premium fresh fruit ice-tea vendor in Australia.”

Called Tmix, the store at Emporium in Melbourne draws inspiration from the fruit tea trend from Asia whilst offering handmade doughnuts. The new concept was initially trialled in Bonbon’s Springvale store.

Mix Tea with Cream Cheese, Fruit Chiller with Cream Cheese, Ice Crush Chiller and Fruit Tea Deluxe are some of the offerings that are featured on their menu. Some doughnut flavours include Thai milk tea and black forest.

BonBon expects the store will be popular with students and those looking for budget-friendly and low-calorie options.
