This is in celebration of Australia Day.
The ‘Coat of Arms’ burger features a kangaroo and emu pattie, Meredith Dairy goats cheese, beetroot, quandongs, bush tomato relish, native thyme mayo, and caramelised onion.
This is the first time Grill’d has used quandong in one of its burgers. It was also committed to sourcing homegrown ingredients like the Meredith Dairy goats cheese, which is produced by the Cameron family in Victoria.
Grill’d described the new offering as “a truly Australian burger”.
