Zambrero launches new IQ Range
The brand unveiled its new range of “food for the mind”, and holds a contest for those wishing to test their IQ.
The Bowl IQ, Burrito IQ, and Chikito IQ meals contain eight essential minerals and vitamins, including iron and zinc that support normal cognitive function. The IQ Range, the company said, also includes ten percent of the Recommended Dietary Intake of zinc and iron through the spirulina added to black rice and the new Salsa IQ, featuring pepita seeds and black turtle beans.
"Iron and zinc are powerful minerals that contribute to memory, learning and concentration as part of a balanced and varied diet," Zambrero General Manager Karim Messih said.
"Being founded by MD Dr Sam Prince, Zambrero is supremely conscious of serving delicious food that delivers optimal nutritional benefits. Last Christmas we launched the Power Range designed to foster physical health and Zambrero is now complementing that with the IQ Range created to optimise mental performance."
Customers who try the new range can also win prizes by entering Zambrero's brain teasing competition at www.zambrero.com/iqrange.
Customers can win one of five body and mind prize packs comprising a lifetime subscription to brain training app Lumosity and a $500 gym membership - and by creatively answering the question ‘How would you end world hunger?’, they also have the chance to win $5000 cash.
IQ Range competition entrants will also be invited to take part in events to help end world hunger for Zambrero's Plate 4 Plate Day, which coincides this year with World Food Day.
On World Food Day Friday 16 October, Zambrero, in conjunction with its aid distribution partners Foodbank and Stop Hunger Now, will be holding meal packaging events in seven cities around Australia aiming to pack and donate 350,000 meals to feed Australia’s and Philippines’ hungry.
