This new burger claims to be the spiciest one in Australia

Customers who want to eat the "Double Decker Death Wish" are told to sign a waiver first.

Burger Urge has unveiled what they say is the spiciest burger in Australia.

Aptly named the Double Decker Death Wish, the new offering contains two angus beef patties, maple bacon, cheese, pickles, jalapeños, tomato and lettuce with ghost pepper chilli sauce.

Customers are told to sign a waiver in order to eat this burger. Goggles and gloves will also be provided.

Burger Urge currently has 26 restaurants in the country.
