McDonald's launches new chicken burger range

The fast food chain says the three new items will be a permanent fixture in their outlets.

Less than two months after announcing the revamp of its classic burgers, McDonald’s has introduced a trio of new chicken burgers.

The Classic Chicken Range includes the Chicken Deluxe (made with Australian chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and served with aioli sauce), BBQ Chicken (with rasher bacon, lettuce, cheese, BBQ sauce and mayonnaise) and the Spicy Chicken Clubhouse (with rasher bacon, lettuce, caramelised Onions, spicy sriracha, Big Mac Special Sauce and served on a gourmet bun).

“The brand new Classic Chicken Range means we’re giving people more chicken options than ever before, with three burgers featuring fresh, premium ingredients alongside a 100% Australian chicken breast patty,” McDonald’s Australia marketing director Jo Feeney said.

McDonald’s also said that the Classic Chicken Range will be a permanent fixture on their menus nationwide.
