Here’s what Muffin Break is serving up for breakfast

The brand announced the arrival of its new Breakfast Menu, inspired by traditional, home-style recipes that can be eaten ‘on the go’ or dine-in.

The range features five new menu items with a mix of sweet and savoury options, to cater for different tastes and breakfast needs. Each item in the range is made fresh on Muffin Break premises in-store daily by expert bakers. The range includes:

  1. A Breakfast Scroll layered with fresh herbs, tomato passata sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon and finished with an egg baked on top (also available as a vegetarian option).
  2. A Bacon and Egg Roll using a soft ciabatta roll to bring together perfectly cooked bacon and a fried egg, topped off with either a BBQ or tomato sauce.
  3. A Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito with scrambled eggs, creamy feta and parmesan, plus rocket, capsicum and a spice bean mix.
  4. A Breakfast Smoothie which is a wholesome fusion of fresh bananas, honey, oats and cinnamon. Customers will be able select their preferred milk base for no extra charge.
  5. A variety of Sweet Danishes (available in either Blueberry, Mango, Apple or fruit of the day) offer a light and crispy pastry with custard and real fruit pieces.

Gemma Fitzsimons, Muffin Break ANZ Marketing Manager, said, “We’re extremely excited to be driving innovation in our breakfast range to give our customers some exciting new morning options. We pride ourselves on creating food that is delicious and baked fresh”.

“At Muffin Break, we are more than just good coffee and muffin makers, we’re good breakfast bakers!”

The new breakfast menu is available now in store from 6am – 11am nationwide.
