Gelato Messina to launch Thai-inspired gelato range

It is inspired by the all-night party scene in Thailand’s Koh Pangan island.

Gelato Messina is set to introduce its latest Thai-inspired gelato range at an upcoming Asian night market event in New Zealand.

The Full Moon Gelato Party range is inspired by the all-night party scene in Thailand’s Koh Pangan island held on, before or after a full moon.

At the Noodle Night Markets in Christchurch, the gelato chain will be offering items like Coco Phangan, made with coconut and pandan sticky rice with a scoop of mango sorbet, salted coconut sauce and toasted coconut flakes, and Eye of the Thai-ger, a Thai milk tea gelato and cheesecake mousse between tea sponge, dipped in meringue and sprinkled with coconut.

The night market runs from 6 to 15 February. After this, Gelato Messina’s latest gelato range will be introduced at the same night market event in Wellington.
