Exclusive to Gelatissimo, the gelato flavour will hit stores on 16 September.
The Byron Bay Cookie Company will have its cookies featured in a new gelato creation for the first time. Crafted by Gelatissimo’s artisan gelato makers, the new flavour is a combination of soft textured milk choc chunk Dotty cookie crumble in a dairy gelato, crammed with rainbow mini buttons.
The limited edition flavour will be available until October only while stocks last in all Gelatissimo stores in Australia, Singapore and the Philippines.
Gelatissimo’s marketing manager Amanda Massingham said, “We had a lot of fun experimenting with such an iconic cookie to develop a gelato that would be packed with flavour and fun. We are pleased to be working with Byron Bay Cookie Company to bring to life such an exciting collaboration.”

The Dotty Gelato is available in a cup/cone, shake, donut or take-home pack to share.
