
Ferguson Plarre's iconic Hot Cross Buns now 100% palm oil free
An effort to reaffirm the brand's commitment to sustainable baking.
Ferguson Plarre's Hot Cross Bun recipe has been improved to now include only whole butter. The chain explained that the replacement of margarine with butter eliminates any trace of palm oil while improving the flavour.

While ethical sourcing can be commercially challenging, I’m very proud of our continuing efforts to reduce our impact on the environment.
