Ferguson Plarre introduces Mini Eclair collection

The Mini Eclair collection will initially feature three flavours, one flavour released each month – with all three out in time for Christmas holidays.

The brand is launching the range with the Nutella Infused Mini Eclair - combining choux pastry with a smooth Nutella infused crème patisserie filling.

Michael Plarre said, “Otto Plarre is considered by some to have started Australia’s love affair with the eclair after bringing the recipe across from France in 1909. Since then we’ve served tens of millions of eclairs to our customers, including the Queen! We’ve certainly had time to perfect our recipe."

"However, over the years tastes have changed and our consumers are craving something new. In response to this and following our extreme success with Mini Donuts we wanted to explore another mini product. Having become quite famous for our eclairs over the last century we thought this was the perfect time to create the Plarre’s Mini Eclair Collection.”

The Nutella Infused Mini Eclairs are set to hit shelves on October 26, at $2.50 each.
