Crust Gourmet Pizza secures exclusive partnership with Mövenpick
The brand has also unveiled its new summer menu.
It is revamping its salad offering with a new range of freshly tossed salad bowls with oven roasted meats. As part of its summer spread, Crust has unveiled a new Béarnaise Bay Bug Premium Upper Crust pizza, a range of fresh Salad Bowls, and sweet Mövenpick ice-creams, launching in all stores.
Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar's general manager, Renee North, said regular menu innovation using seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients has been Crust’s long term strategy for building its business.
“We call our customers culturally curious, they want to have their finger on the pulse of the latest up and coming food and ingredients and explore them with Crust Pizza,” she said. “Maintaining our strategy of frequently releasing limited time only premium Upper Crust pizzas, we have developed the Béarnaise Bay Bug pizza which features locally sourced Moreton Bay Bug pieces, perfectly suited for an Aussie summer."
North said the brand is also revamping its current salad offering with a new range of freshly tossed salad bowls that will feature freshly oven roasted meats.
“Our new salad bowls will boast a variety of flavours, including Thai Wagyu Beef, Peking Duck, Prosciutto Caprese and Middle Eastern Falafel, which is also Vegan friendly,” she said.
To round out the new summer range, Crust have partnered with the premium Swiss ice-cream brand, Mövenpick and will be introducing some sweet new flavours to their dessert menu.
“We have secured an exclusive partnership with Mövenpick and are the only retailer outside their own flagship stores to stock their packaged ice-creams,” Renee said.
