Bucking Bull opens new concept restaurant

The new site is the first licensed Bucking Bull to offer a selection of beers and wines.

Located in Watertown Brand Outlet, the restaurant seats 80 people (150m²) and features rustic urban textures, natural lighting and a feature wall by local Perth artist, Daek Williams. It also offers a more extensive dine-in menu and a selection of beers and wines.

The new menu features hand crafted brioche burgers, sliders, signature rolls, meals, share plates and breakfast. It also expands on the brand’s meat offering with herb marinated roast beef, slow cooked lamb shoulder, roast pork leg, beef brisket, pork belly, pulled pork and ribs.

Bucking Bull’s executive director Dean Vella said, “This move just makes a lot of sense for Bucking Bull, and not just because the market is evolving. When you think of traditional, slow cooked food, you naturally think of enjoying this with family or friends in a relaxed, chilled environment.

“Our mission was to bring the Bucking Bull dining experience full circle with a real emphasis on sharing and socializing.”

Bucking Bull Watertown Brand Outlet opened on 5th October and is located in the Watertown Brand Outlet, 840 Wellington Street, West Perth WA 6005.
