
Eagle Boys trainee in running for Queensland Training Award
Molly Keeley from Pittsworth is in the running win the Queensland Trainee of the Year award.
In training to become a supervisor and manager, Molly said the best part of working at Eagle Boys is the encouraging and supportive team atmosphere.
“Everyone works together so well. I love the adrenaline of making pizzas and being able to work across different sections of the business – you experience something different every day,” she said.
“My traineeship at Eagle Boys has provided me with so many transferrable skills which I can apply to a variety of workplaces and industries,” she said.
Owner Brandon Boyce said, “I want to provide the same pathway I was given to other young people in the community.”
“It is great to see eager workers like Molly succeed and show other young people how valuable traineeships can be.”
The winners of the Queensland Training Awards will be announced on Friday 7 August.
