Bourke Street Bakery to make US debut in New York City

This will be the bakery chain’s first international location.

Bourke Street Bakery has announced that they will launch an outlet located in the Flatiron district of New York City.

Their first US site will be a 2000 sq. ft. bakery cafe and is set to open in November.

The brand will be bringing offerings such as pork & fennel sausage rolls, crème brulee tarts and sourdough boules. Also coinciding with the launch is the release of their book “All Things Sweet: Unbeatable Recipes from the Iconic Bakery."
