Which coffee shop is named "best" by Canstar Blue?

Muffin Break received a Canstar Blue five-star rating for overall customer satisfaction, value for money, service, range of menu options available, loyalty program, and consistency.

Based on the customer satisfaction survey, the franchise brand now holds the Most Satisfied Customers Award for Coffee Shop Chains.

Beating The Coffee Club, Gloria Jean's, Michel's, McCafé, Dome, Hudsons, Starbucks and Zarraffa's Coffee, Muffin Break impressed the majority of 1,674 Australians surveyed, all who had visited a coffee shop chain within the last six months.

The survey commissioned by Canstar Blue and conducted by Colmar Brunton Research.
