Subway names three new regional presidents
This move aims to boost growth, franchisee profitability, and customer experience.
Subway has named new regional presidents as part of a leadership reshuffle.

Damien Harmon has been appointed President of Subway North America. He comes from Best Buy, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President of Customer, Channel Experiences & Enterprise Services.
Harmon also held executive roles at Bridgestone Americas, including President of GCR Commercial Tires and COO of Bridgestone Retail Operations.

In Latin America and the Caribbean, Artemio Garza takes over as regional president. Garza previously worked at home services company Renuity as Chief Growth Officer.
He also held a number of leadership roles across franchise brands, including Chief Brand Officer of Driven Brands and Senior Marketing Director for Burger King in Latin America. In addition, he owns a full-service bakery-bistro in his hometown of Monterrey, Mexico.

Tracy Gehlan will lead Subway’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) operations. Gehlan, who has more than 25 years in franchise management, was most recently President International at Driven Brands, where she oversaw operations across 13 countries.
She has also held senior positions at Hertz, Smashburger and Burger King and sits on the board of Americana Restaurants International.
