Hog’s Breath Cafe CEO exits after 8 months

The former Retail Food Group executive said on LinkedIn that both sides agreed to part ways.

Tom Elliot, CEO of Hog’s Breath Cafe, has announced his departure from the company.

In a post on LinkedIn, Elliot said he and the company have ‘mutually agreed to part ways’.

Elliot was appointed CEO in May 2025. Before that, he spent 14 years in Retail Food Group, starting as a Marketing Coordinator for Brumby’s to Head of Corporate Store Operations for the group.

“I’m proud of the work delivered during my time with the business. Together with the Board, leadership team and franchise partners, we designed and mobilised a strategic turnaround plan that has laid strong foundations for sustained future growth. This included a renewed focus on brand relevance, technology enablement and product innovation, all grounded in better meeting evolving guest needs and expectations,” Elliot said.
