Former KFC exec named new CMO of Pizza Hut Australia
The chain’s operator has been beefing up its leadership in the region.
Former KFC executive Nora-Kate O' Connell has taken up a post as Pizza Hut Australia’s new chief marketing officer.
O' Connell has been with KFC for more than 11 years, with her most recent position being KFC North Asia’s CMO. She also had several senior positions in KFC South Pacific.
“To have the opportunity to join such a global legacy brand, with so much potential, at a time that Flynn have such ambitious plans is something I have always wanted to go after in my career,” O’ Connell said in a LinkedIn post.
Pizza Hut Australia is operated by Flynn Group, one of the biggest restaurant operators in the world. The news follows the group’s leadership appointments last year in a bid to strengthen its international presence.
