Eagle Boys names new CEO, National Sales and Marketing Manager
After a year as Eagle Boys General Manager Retail, Nick Vincent will lead the company’s development.
Clare O’Brien has also been appointed National Sales and Marketing Manager to look over the delivery of the brand's product and services.
Eagle Boys Chairman Bruce Scott said the evolution in management represented exciting times within the Eagle Boys business.
“In the past 12 months the company has focused on expanding into international markets, including India, Fiji and the Middle East,” Scott said.
“The Eagle Boys brand is taking off overseas while remaining focused and supporting our existing franchise network and business partners. Our strategy is to maintain steady national growth via Eagle Boys stores while also reinforcing the brand through strategic placement of Eagle Boys Express products, now available in convenience stores, cinemas, cafes, petrol stations and on planes."
“Nick’s strong leadership has resulted in sales growth, as he has worked with franchisees to enhance the customer experience through products and store rebrands.”
Vincent said during the next five years innovation and product development will continue to be a big focus for the company under his lead.
“Improving the customer experience through the creation of new pizzas and making them easier to order will be a key focus, as well as expanding our operations in India where we are planning 250 stores."
“The UK, Japan, Vietnam, Africa and the UAE markets have also expressed interest, however we will continue focussing on India and adapting our model to suit that market.”
Vincent has worked with some of Australia’s largest brands, including The Coffee Club, IGA, Westfield and McDonald’s. He joined Eagle Boys in 2014.
