Baskin-Robbins joins forces with Skilld to grow local employment
Baskin-Robbins Australia will now have the ability to partner with more prospective staff from their local areas.
The national partnership with Skilld will allow both brands to bring cutting edge technology to the Baskin-Robbins network of 88 stores. The Skilld platform uses geo-targeting and programmatic algorithms to instantly partner potential employees with local businesses, allowing businesses to easily find more suitable candidates.
Baskin-Robbins Australia General Manager Ben Flintoff said he is excited about what the partnership will mean for local employment for all Baskin-Robbins stores nationally.
“Finding the right team members is so important, so having the ability to find compatible candidates in the surrounding areas so efficiently is invaluable for Baskin-Robbins and our Franchise Partners. Using the new technology offered through Skilld will enable us to easily find local candidates for our stores across Australia,” said Flintoff.
“We are very excited to be working with such an iconic brand as Baskin-Robbins Australia,” said Founder and Managing Director of Skilld, Gen George.
