SumoSalad appoints new Head of Retail
Welcomes Adam Arnold to the team.

In addition, he has worked on all facets of the franchise industry, from working on the floor, to Human Resources, Marketing and Business Development,” said Luke Baylis, Chief Executive Officer of SumoSalad.
Arnold comes to SumoSalad from Yum! Restaurants International, where he was Head of Operations Excellence of Pizza Hut. He has held leadership roles including Operations Project Leader, Site Development Manager and Business Development Manager across both Pizza Hut and KFC; in his 18-years with the international chain.
Baylis notes, “Adam’s widespread knowledge and experience comes at a very exciting time for SumoSalad, as we aim to take the franchise to new heights and locations over the next five years. We’re excited to have him on board and believe the company will benefit greatly from his experience in the franchise and fast food arena. It’s also exciting to see him swap pizza and fried chicken for hearty and healthy salads!”
