McDonald's to introduce table service
The fast food chain is also set to launch a roll-out of table service by the end of the month.
The full McDonald's 100-item menu will be readily available through UberEats, including all day breakfast, and is set to launch by the end of June. Users can also order their favourite McCafe beverage through the delivery app.
“Delivery is one of the top requests we receive in Australia, and with a growing number of people using UberEATS to get their favourite foods, they are the ideal partner for McDonald’s as we launch this service,” Chief Operating Officer for McDonald's Australia Shaun Ruming said.
Following this change in the company's delivery service, table service will go through a shake-up at selected restaurants by the end of the month. The new process will prompt wait staffs to present trays of cheeseburgers and fries to its customers.
The usual $5 UberEats delivery fee will apply and it appears to be available between 10:30am and 4am.
