The dessert chain is opening a store in Swan Street, Richmond today, and is unveiling two new flavours to go with it.
Two new permanent flavours will be included in the launch: Macadamia Crunch (AKA Steve Jobs) and a Coffee and Hazelnut Praline Sorbet.
The menu will include its regular 9 cakes, 35 signature gelato flavours and 5 rotating weekly specials.
