The bakehouse chain recently opened three stores within three weeks.
Following 14% network growth from last year, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse has opened three new sites in Dandenong, Wendouree and Southland with another three coming in the next few weeks.
They currently have a total of 71 stores nationwide.
“The brand is experiencing solid growth with new store sales well ahead of projections,” Steven Plarre, CEO of Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses, commented.
“Product innovation is always a key driver to keeping up with the ever-changing landscape of the food industry. The recent launch of our Signature Pie range has increased sales in the savoury lunch category by 6%. We have a number of exciting new products set to hit our bakehouse shelves in the coming months and we expect to see these great results continue,” Plarre added.
The brand also confirmed that three more stores in the pipeline in the coming weeks, with another two “likely before Christmas.”
