Esquires, Pizza Capers team up for first ever ’Pizza Capers Slice Bar’
The pilot store will be at Esquires Coomera.
Pizza Capers and Esquires will be unveiling the first Pizza Capers Slice Bar in the country. It is the first concept that will see the team-up of two of Retail Food Group’s brand systems operating as one store at Esquires, Upper Coomera.
RFG’s brand System Development Manager, Khim Puseman, said that the two brands both share similar target demographics, and principles of ‘high quality products,’ ‘delicious ingredients,’ and ‘generous servings.’
“Both brands appeal to an on-trend, modern consumer looking for quality in their meal occasions,” added Puseman.
The Pizza Capers Slice Bar in Coomera will serve cooked to order slices of the brand’s six signature gourmet pizzas, namely Mozambique Piri Piri, Hawaiian, BBQ Bonanza, Pepperoni, Margherita, and Vegetarian.
Michael Logos, RFG’s QSR Divisional Director, expressed his excitement about the pilot concept store and how it will be received by customers.
“While for the first few months of operations we focus on executional excellence, we will also be continually reviewing the performance of the outlet so we are better placed to understand how this pilot might fit into our future development opportunities,” added Logos.
