Broadway Sydney announces latest food retailers as new Level 2 nears completion
Broadway Sydney announced that Guzman Y Gomez, Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Schnitz, Mumbai Express, Ilmi and Nandos will become the next retailers opening in the Centre as part of the newly renovated Level 2.
The new Level 2 is set to open in August following a multi-million dollar renovation, with more names to be announced over the coming weeks.
The new food retailers will be the following:
Guzman Y Gomez
The eatery will introduce authentic Latin flair to Broadway Sydney, sharing their Latin food, music, art, and warm sense of community.
Grill’d Healthy Burgers
Grill’d’s offers beef, lamb or chicken burgers. Providing healthy burger alternatives, Grill’d burgers are made fresh to order, with many of their ingredients sourced from local, family producers.
Mumbai Express
Mumbai Express are opening their fourth Australian Store in Broadway Sydney. Known for their fast service, authentic food and use of exotic spices, the brand offers the popular Butter Chicken, as well as and Street Food, exclusive to Broadway, including saffron infused Dum Biryani served in a Terracotta claypot.
ILMI Korean
A fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, ILMI will open its first Australian restaurant at Broadway Sydney. Like the food of modern Korea, ILMI will take its food inspiration from the past with a modern twist, offering fresh, delicious dishes on a weekly rotation with dishes such as their KFC-Korean fried chicken and Korrito’s, a Korean take on Mexican burritos.
Nandos
Nando’s Broadway showcases its South African roots with original African artwork on the walls and smooth Afro-Luso beats. The brand is known for its flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken.
The new eateries are set to open their doors in August 2016 and will be joining recently announced Din Tai Fung, Zeus Street Greek, Pepper Seeds Thai and the newly opened Sushi Hon on Level 2.
