Bowltiful opens new restaurant in Melbourne

249 customers will get free noodle bowls on opening day.

Bowltiful is opening a new restaurant in Swanston Street, Melbourne with the doors unlocking on 18 February.

To celebrate the new location, Bowltiful will be handing out free chewy hand-pulled noodle bowls to the first 249 customers from 12 pm daily over the course of three days.

The new location will also have an exclusive offering of freshly grilled, made-to-order lamb skewers. Some of the items on the menu are the rich and spicy Lanzhou-style Spicy Lamb Burger which starts at $8.80 and is filled with three-hour braised beef brisket and smacked between crisp continental roll and a Beef & Green Pepper Burger packed with fresh and zesty green peppers starting at $8.80.

Bowltiful’s chefs are all trained for six months by Lanzhou masters, who are expert noodle pullers with three to four years of training in hand-crafting noodles.
