The Bavarian soon to launch at Westfield Chermside
The Bavarian Chermside is the first outside of New South Wales.
The brand is expanding to Brisbane and will open the doors of its biggest venue yet in the new dining precinct at Westfield Chermside on Wednesday, 28 June. The 400-seat venue features a spacious bar, several large-screen TVs, and DJs.
Rockpool Dining Group Chief Executive Officer Thomas Pash said he was thrilled to be expanding the group’s Queensland footprint and opening the largest Bavarian yet.
“At The Bavarian Chermside, we’re taking things up a notch: it’s our largest, liveliest venue and promises to be a huge drawcard in this stunning new dining precinct,” Pash said.
The restaurant’s menu features signature Bavarian dishes, including crispy pork knuckle, pork belly, house-made sausages and an entire section devoted to schnitzels, including The Schnitzelmeister that weighs in at 1kg. Other menu items include The Bavarian’s legendary hotdogs, burgers and spicy chicken wings with three levels of intensity – BBQ, buffalo and diablo.
To celebrate its Brisbane debut, 500 hotdogs will be given away from 11am on launch day.
