Baskin-Robbins to open new store for Rosalie locals, offers free ice cream for a year
The brand is set to open a new store in Brisbane’s inner suburbs on Thursday 7 July from 4pm-7pm.
To celebrate, the brand will be giving every guest who visits the store on the grand opening a free ice cream scoop, while the first ten customers to show up will win free Baskin-Robbins ice cream for an entire year. One lucky guest will also win an Apple iPad mini.
The Rosalie Baskin-Robbins will be franchise partners' Abhishek and Varsha Sodhani's second Baskin-Robbins store.
“As ice cream lovers ourselves, we really wanted to find a brand that offered premium ice cream to locals for extended trading periods, we are so excited to be bringing Baskin-Robbins to the Rosalie community after great success with the brand in West End,” said Abhishek Sodhani.
“Local is important, we are hiring staff from Rosalie and its surrounds to ensure we are connected with the community.”
Baskin-Robbins General Manager, David Jordan, will join in the Grand Opening Party celebrations to officially open the store, and said that he is looking forward to sharing the Baskin-Robbins “Happiness” captured in every scoop, with locals.
“We are very excited to continue expanding in the Sunshine State by serving up the world’s favourite ice cream in Rosalie. We’re inviting the entire family to come down and try our 31 ice cream flavours – we also offer decadent desserts, ice cream sundaes, a wide range of blended beverages including smoothies and iced coffees, a signature range of ice cream cakes as well as custom designed ice cream celebration cakes,” said Jordan.
New guests can also join the Baskin-Robbins loyalty programme - Club 31. Upon signing up members receive a free scoop as well as go into the draw to win monthly giveaways. Club members also receive discounts on ice cream birthday cakes, as well as receive the latest news on new ice cream flavours, new products and ice cream treats.
The Rosalie Baskin-Robbins store is located at Shop 5, 155 Baroona Road, Rosalie. Following the Grand Opening Party. The store will be open for daily trading between 10am and 10:30pm Monday to Thursday, from 10am to midnight on Fridays and between 9:30am and 10:30pm on weekends.
