South Australian fish and chips franchise Barnacle Bill will open its first outlet in New South Wales.

Its first outlet in NSW will be located in the heart of the CBD centre of Penrith, in High Street Penrith. The new outlet will operate in a take-away-only format.

Established in 1970, Barnacle Bill offers sliders, fish and chips, assorted cooked seafood, and more.
