Will automated in-store ordering go mainstream?

Sandhurst boss Mimmo Lubrano offers his take on the future of front of house operations.

Automated forms of in-store ordering are projected to be part of expected changes across front-of-house operations, according to Sandhurst Fine Foods CEO Mimmo Lubrano.

“I think there’s a time where you can walk into a restaurant and you can order with your phone and it would go straight to the kitchen. I don’t see why that’s not going to happen,” Sandhurst Fine Foods CEO Mimmo Lubrano suggested. “It’s an interesting thing to look at.”
