How should QSRs approach customer experience moving forward?

Sandhurst boss Mimmo Lubrano says more customers are opting for more quality items.

Chains should put a premium on positioning their offerings as better versions of home-cooked meals as customers continue to stay indoors, Sandhurst Fine Foods CEO Mimmo Lubrano explains.

“Quality is something that people are coming to terms with because they are cooking more and getting a handle on what is quality,” he said, citing schnitzel and Asian food as examples. “You’ve got to pay for quality as well so I don’t think we’re going to go back to cheat meals.”
