Mad Mex opens branch at Westfield Sydney Central Plaza

The new restaurant will open on Thursday, 13 October 2011.

“Opening a restaurant in Westfield Sydney Central Plaza means there is now a Mad Mex to service all areas of the city, says founder Clovis Young. “The new location extends our coverage across the city allowing us to reach hungry people right across the CBD from Circular Quay, to the main shopping district and all the way to Central Station.”

The new restaurant is licensed to serve a range of Mexican beers and Margaritas.

The Mad Mex menu offers authentic Mexican cuisine with Baja Californian-inspiration including burritos, nachos, quesadillas and more all prepared with only the freshest ingredients and served in a fast casual format. The made-to-order system of preparation allows diners to customise their meals to their exact taste preference and dietary requirements.
