Gelatissimo opens new store in Springfield Central
The dessert chain opened the doors to its brand new Springfield Central store, marking the 39th Gelatissimo store opening across Australia.
The store features a large format design, allows consumers to watch the creation of their gelato and also to dine al fresco. The menu includes some of Gelatissimo’s signature eat-in desserts, coffee and cakes.
Springfield Central store franchisee Tracy Bailey said, "I’m very excited to be taking this next step in my career with such a great company like Gelatissimo.”

The store opening comes as Gelatissimo is gearing up for its Around the World in 8 Flavours campaign commencing July and running through to August.
