Burger Love rolls out ‘drive-by' ordering services
The burger chain wants customers to no longer line up in a waiting bay.
Looking to depart from the drive-thru model, Burger Love has officially launched the ‘drive-by’ ordering feature in their app.
This will allow customers to order and pay ahead from the comfort of their cars without the need to line up in a waiting bay. Once the orders are ready, the burger chain will notify the customers who are then expected to pull-up out to ensure they get the prepared menu items.
Customers can avail of the drive-by service through Burger Love’s free mobile app.
The feature will be rolled out to all of their six sites across the country. The burger chain currently serves offerings such as their classic Burger Love burger, Touchdown Burger and some vegan offerings that include the Sheese Burger and Spicy Stacker Burger.
