Nando's streamlines Uber Eats with Redcat
Through the integration module, Uber Eats orders are received directly into the POS with no double handling.
Redcat announced that it has added Uber Eats integration to its portfolio of software applications for hospitality businesses, with Nando's being an adopter of the option in over 150 restaurants across the country.
“Our clients love having the additional orders that come from Uber Eats, but those extra orders came at the expense of efficiency. The manual process of physically entering orders into the restaurant’s point of sale system often result in costs to the business through staff time and reconciliation issues," Redcat CEO Jeff Lamb said.
With the Redcat integration module, Uber Eats orders are received directly into the POS with no double handling, and are processed automatically as soon as they are received.
Currently, Uber Eats has more than 20,000 restaurant partners on its platform in Australia and New Zealand and operates in 24 cities.
