Subway brings back its Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread Sub

The chain also highlighted its new addition to their Snacks range.

Subway brought back its Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread Sub for a limited time, citing a sell-out success in 2019.

“The Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread Sub was a huge hit with our guests last year and we’re excited to have this mouth-watering meal return in 2020,” Subway senior brand manager Ben Miles said in a media release.

Customers can choose any flavour with the returning sub, which is described as having a rich garlic flavour with melted mozzarella cheese.

“Try the Ultimate Meatball Sub or the Ultimate Pizza Sub for a true Italian-inspired experience or enjoy any Subway flavour as an ‘ultimate’, with your favourite sub wrapped inside gooey garlic bread goodness,” Miles added.

Subway also spotlighted its traditional style of garlic bread with the Ultimate Toastie, which is freshly-baked bread coated in garlic spread, toasted with layers of melted mozzarella. This is the chain’s latest addition to its Snacks menu.

The Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread Sub is now available at all restaurants across Australia, as well as for contactless pick-up and delivery.
