Michel’s Pattiserie goes French in South East Queensland
The café franchise underwent a major refresh to bring consumers a new French-inspired café experience in a nod to the brand’s French heritage.
The new Michel’s Patisserie & Café launched in South East Queensland, with the first ever concept store opened in Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast. Soon to follow are cafés in Loganholme and the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Managing Director Alicia Atkinson said the model gives potential franchisees an exciting new option within the brand: a full menu café in addition to a specialist patisserie.
“We’re excited to be bringing our new store model and we are confident the enhanced store look and feel coupled with the extensive menu offering is the future of Michel’s Patisserie,” she said.
“Interest in the new look store has seen franchise enquiries for the last quarter increase over 50% compared to 2014 and stores already on the ground have been achieving great results.”
The Patisserie & Café features the same products as Michel’s with an addition of breakfast and light lunch options to complete a café style food menu.
