Ex-Oporto owner to open new healthy burger concept in 2020

Former Oporto owner and co-founder Gary Linz is slated to launch his new healthy burger concept in Manly come January 2020.
The team behind BunBar Burger wanted to offer a healthier burger option but retaining the “ mouth-watering classic burger taste.”
The burger concept, to be located on Darley Road, will feature three plant-based buns: falafel rice, and lettuce cup, as well as a fluffy bun based on a steamed bun.
It will also serve a vegan smoothie, as well as skin-on fries, falafel bites and Southern fried chicken bites.
