Amazon's Australian country manager Rocco Braeuniger said the trade is "getting really, really, really close".
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Braeuniger confirmed that when Amazon opens, it will be selling products out of its own warehouse and also from third parties through its marketplace. Amazon has reportedly signed up more than 500 third-party sellers in Australia.
