'Mrs Whippi' dessert name feud finally dies down

The legal spat ended with a $4000 settlement.

A report on ninemsn said, “A legal stoush between George Calombaris and Mr Whippy over the name of a dessert at the MasterChef star's restaurant has been settled for $4000."

According to the report, Mr Whippy began legal action in the Federal Magistrates Court in 2012 after Calombaris named a dessert in his Kew eatery "Mrs Whippi".
