Haloumi Chips are available at all Zeus stores nationally for a limited time only.
Zeus has been serving haloumi grilled in thick slabs and served with a dash of lemon and a sprinkle of oregano, but it announced that it will give the traditional haloumi a modern twist by combining the cheese with chips.
Zeus’ head chefs have designed a recipe featuring long thin pieces of haloumi dusted in tapioca flour, lightly fried and served with a smoky yogurt and lemon dressing.
Haloumi Chips are priced at $9.90.
