Zambrero expands its vegan offering with spiced cauliflower

It recognises the need to provide more menu options for vegans.

The new spiced cauliflower comes with health benefits such as being a source of dietary fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K, B vitamins, and potassium.

The introduction of the spiced cauliflower filling comes in recognition of the growing trend for more menu options for varied dietary requirements, as well as the health conscious.

Zambrero CEO, Karim Messih, said, “We take great pride in providing a range of healthy options for all tastes and preferences. Vegans and vegetarians make up an increasing portion of our customers so Spiced Cauliflower was created to give this audience and anyone wanting to switch up their regular order a highly nutritious filling with no compromise in taste.”

“Our vegan and vegetarian customers are incredibly passionate about plant-based food that is delicious so we knew we had to come up with something unique and special.

Zambrero's newest addition is gluten-free, low in sugar, contains less than three grams of total fat per 100 grams.

Spiced cauliflower filling will be available on all Zambrero’s menu items.
