Roll'd launches noodle soup range
The chain has 82 stores throughout the country.
Roll’d has started the rollout of its traditional noodle soup range, available for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
The range consists of the Bún Bò Huế, a spicy beef noodle soup prepared by simmering beef bones and beef shank with lemongrass and then seasoned with fermented shrimp paste; the Bánh Can, mixed with crab meat, fish balls, tofu and ‘cake’ noodles; and the Mi Tom Thit, a pork and prawn offering with thin egg noodles.
The Bún Bò Huế is already available, whilst the Bánh Can and Mi Tom Thit will be launched in the coming weeks.
The new range is said to be inspired by the recipes of Phien Hoang, the mother of the chain’s founder, Bao Hoang.
Currently, Roll’d has 82 stores throughout Australia, with plans to open a further 24 locations in the next 12 months.
