Red Rooster now serving Roast Chicken Pie
The brand unveiled its latest creation for the winter, the Roast Chicken Pie. The pie can be stacked with mash, mushy peas and gravy, and comes in two variants: The Roast Chicken Pie, or the Roast Chicken Cheese and Bacon.
Chris Green, Red Rooster CEO, said, “This has been an awesome project to work on... we know we have the best roast chicken in the country, so it’s been exciting to find new ways to showcase it. Late last year we launched the Crafted Range where we used pulled roast chicken in wraps and burgers... and now it’s time for pies, and these are simply the best roast chicken pies – and we’ve tried and tasted hundreds!”
“Though our crowd favourite with our mash, mushy peas and gravy there were some other tasty (and somewhat interesting) stacks including; mash, chips & corn; mash, pumpkin & peas; and mash with a pineapple fritter! But really no matter what your taste, we reckon our roast chicken pies are simply the best.”
Prepared and baked in store throughout the day, there are two pies to choose from; the Roast Chicken Pie and another crowd pleaser the Roast Chicken Cheese and Bacon. Both pies can be stacked with Red Rooster’s mash, mushy peas & gravy.
Currently, 360 Red Rooster restaurants across the country are selling Roast Chicken Pies and over 190 restaurants offer delivery.
