Noodle Box brings back lamb dish for Australia Day

Lamb back on the menu.

The chain re-releases it’s popular Aussie Lamb noodle dish, a thick egg-noodle dish laden with Mongolian sauce and topped with Australian lamb, which was a hit in 2014.

“To be Australian is to celebrate your diverse cultural heritage,” said CEO of Noodle Box, Ian Martin. “Our Aussie Lamb noodle dish partners Asian flavours with Australian-grown lamb, and was a runaway success last year. We feel this combination perfectly symbolises how Australian tastes have changed and developed. Today we have a wide and embracing palate – very much like our nature as Australians.”

The Aussie Lamb noodle dish is available in both small ($10.95) and larger ($14.95) servings – and is perfect for sharing.

“We feel Australia Day is becoming an important event on our guest’s calendars,” said Ian. “With our fresh food promise – delivering authentic street-style cooking, tailored to Australian tastes, served piping hot and wok-flash quick – we know we can help to make a good day great.”

The Noodle Box Aussie lamb offer is available until end January 2015.
